THE PROCESS

Deliver service pleadings/documents to Profiles Investigations via mail, next day delivery, email, or fax.
Pleadings/Documents received before 2:00 p.m. may be served the same business day taking in to consideration the Registered Agent’s business/holiday hours.

Pleadings/Documents received via e-mail or fax are $0.25 per page.

Once service is completed, the Return of Service and related Invoice will be emailed to the requester. A hard copy of same will be delivered to the requester via the US Postal Service.

Flat rate and no charge for mileage when serving process on C T Corporation System and the Corporation Service Company.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon OUR receipt of your service documents, YOU will immediately receive an auto-generated receipt from PROFILES. If YOU do not immediately receive an auto-generated receipt acknowledging PROFILES' acceptance of your documents, YOU must contact PROFILES at 404.365.6995 or info@profilesinvestigations.com to ensure OUR receipt of your service documents. PROFILES shall not be liable for any loss suffered or incurred by any delay in receiving or processing your documents.
